Environment Day is on 5th June. First Environment Day was celebrated on 5th June 1973. Every Year it is celebrated in order to bring awareness among people. Every year some issue is taken and some steps are taken like this year it is about Forest. We people who spend most of the time in front of computer always wonder what we can do for our Environment. Some of us switch to green products some of us plant a tree but how many? If you are like me who always join online communities like care2 causes and think that our part of duty is over are as foolish as I am.
Few days back I met one of my Daughters friend who is an active socialist and she is just twelve. After meeting her I realized what part of duty I am doing. We all have some duties toward Mother Earth and 5th June is the day. There are many ways by which we (busy and lazy Person)can help our Environment.
We can plant one more plant to our Garden.
We can avoid using plastic.
We can switch to Organic Clothing
There are many ways by which we can go Green this Environment Day. This year I'm planting a tree in my backyard and will wear a Environment Day T Shirt to my Work.
If you all think you don't have place to plant then just wear a green T shirt in order to spread the Word.
